Our experienced international team can help you in the following areas:
- Leadership and management skills: we’ve worked on training and development issues for a number of charities nationally and internationally – from Amnesty International to Concern and WaterAid. We can offer residential and non-residential events for a range of audiences – from Senior Team facilitations to Emerging Managers programmes.
- Executive coaching: sometimes you need specific help and advice on a confidential one-to-one basis. The coaching may help you set priorities, prepare for a challenging presentation or deal with a complex re-structure. You can be coached in person, or by email and phone – ensuring the support and guidance is there, on demand, when you need it.
